BMW Master Technician

Able Auto Repair is an independent auto repair center proudly serving the South Bay area since 1992. We believe in doing the job right the first time, delivering clean, high-quality service with integrity and precision.

We specialize in BMW and MINI vehicles, including M Series, hybrid, and electric models. Our commitment extends beyond repairs—we educate and advise our clients on proper vehicle maintenance to ensure long-term reliability and performance.

We are seeking skilled BMW Master Technician, motivated individuals with strong work ethics and a passion for continuous learning to join our team. Ideal candidates will be able to independently diagnose and complete a variety of repairs while upholding our standards of safety, reliability, and excellence.

Position Details: 

• Full-time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Responsibilities:
  
  • Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs across all systems, including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, HVAC, and performance tuning
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
  • Follow detailed technical procedures and complete work orders accurately
  • Conduct test drives to ensure proper vehicle operation
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace and collaborate effectively with the team
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients with vehicle concerns
  • Must have personal tools and a toolbox

Qualifications: 

• Experience and/or certification in BMW and MINI repairs
• ASE Certification
• Valid California driver’s license
• Minimum of 4 years of mechanical experience
• Expertise in European vehicles

Salary: Starting Pay $30.00, based on qualifications and experience
