           Able Auto Repair is an independent auto repair center that has been serving the greater South Bay area since 1992. We believe in doing the job right the first time, and take pride in providing clean and quality services at all times. 

         We are dedicated to educating and advising our clients on all their vehicle needs and the importance of maintaining and servicing them. Our specialties include BMW and MINI vehicles, such as the M Series, hybrid, and electric vehicles. 

        We are currently looking to build a strong and knowledgeable team comprised of exceptional individuals with strong work ethics and a genuine desire for continuous learning. They should be able to commit to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality services. Their knowledge and skills should enable them to independently perform and complete a variety of repairs. 

      This is a full- time position from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  The specific job duties include performing vehicle inspections, diagnoses, and repairs for all vehicle systems. Employees are encouraged to attend classes and training to further expand their knowledge and technical skills, which is not mandatory but highly recommended. A positive attitude and adaptability to new changes in a professional business culture are essential. 

Responsibilities:

• Must know how to work on their own with little to no supervision
• Know how to properly diagnose engine, transmission, steering and suspension, brake system, electrical system, heating and air conditioning, and engine performance
• Possess thorough knowledge of diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Follow highly detailed technical procedures
• Complete work order in written and oral formats
• Test drive vehicles to ensure proper vehicle operation
• Must work well with others as a team
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Assist other employees when assigned
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Greet customers and help them with vehicle concerns
• Must have your own tools and tool box

Qualifications:

- Have experience and or certification in BMW and or MINI

- ASE Certification

- Possess a valid California driver’s license

- Minimum of 4 years of mechanical experience

- Experience in European vehicles
